The article deals with the urbanization process as a necessary development process. However, the urbanization process in ViÖt Nam takes place with their own characteristics related directly to the pollution of the geological environment, degradation of the reserve and the quality of the groundwater and exogenous processes, such as bank erosion, urban flood and land subsidence, etc.
