During recent years the remote sensing method has been commonly used in geological studies, especially in geological mapping. The use of digital data creates positive influences in geological studies and investigations. These successes increase not only the reliability, analytic possibility and modelling of geological data, but also complement some new views to the geological survey with the aim to integrate with the development of the geological survey and application in the world.
In this paper, by applying the above method for the investigation on the petrography and structure of the T¹ Bó – S¬n La area, eighteen geological objects were drawn out with detail description. The NW - SE fault system is the principal system that controls all tectonic activities in the research areas. Other fault systems are of secondary significance and of feather-like faults.
