Geological formations in the studied area are divided into 2 groups by their physicomechanic and weathering properties. Based on the association of geological formations on space and time, the studied area is divided into 5 structural blocks.
In the study area, there are 2 tectonic power fields: the first existed from Norian to Pliocene with the s 1 axis of NE – SW trend and the second from Pliocene to present with the s 1 axis of NE – SW trend. Some epicenters and hot mineral water springs along deep - seated faults show that recent geodynamic expression is relatively intensive.
The research results of land cracking and development of land cracking in relation to geostructure and geodynamic conditions have been showing that land cracking in the §Ëp Trêi Lake has been caused by gravity slide as for in Ngäc Hamlet by endogenetic power .
