The paper presents characteristics and temperature of tin –wolfram mineralization in some deposits of North ViÖt Nam on the basis of prospecting - exploration materials and inclusion studies.

There are 5 types of primary inclusions, inluding: gas, gas – liquid, gas – liquid – daughter crystal, liquid – CO₂ gas and liquid – gas; they characterize two stages of tin – wolfram ore formation: 230^o-500^oC and 200^o-390^oC.

Tin – wolfram ores of high content belong to the pneumatolytic – hydrothermal stage( 230^o-500^oC).
