In geology facing stones are classified by origin and uses. In developed market countries, they are classified in accordance to commercial values. In ViÖt Nam, resource of facing stones are various and wealthy, especially in Central ViÖt Nam and in the south of Central ViÖt Nam. They may be exploited for commercial purposes.

In order to quarry the facing stones for commercial purposes, an Italian advanced technology must be used - diamond wire cutting. The diamond wire cutting bench is the only technology that does not damage the rock, respecting the natural resources, allowing the cutting of regular blocks, good in dimensions and quality for the exportation.
