This article presents the theoretical basis and achieved results in the application of the method of coal resource - reserves forecasting in accordance to the change of ash degree, that have been established following the basis of applying and exploiting properties of standard distributive model in the Khánh Hòa and Núi Hồng coal mines, Thái Nguyên Province. The obtained results allow to suggest the possibility of widening this application to other coal mines of our country.
