Applications geophysics to determine the ore body in the work of investigation of mineral at 1:50,000 mainly in the regions of detailed investigation of minerals. In this regions, the characteristics of ores and surrounding rocks was initially determined, therefore, have the facility to choosing a combinations of methods geophysical optimization search the ore body. The geophysical methods in each combinations is selected on the basis of analyzing the origin, characteristics, ore body shape and composition of ore and elements associated, rocks surrounding to determine the geophysical anomalies dominant characteristic of the ore body can be observed on the ground; combined with the results of handling, synthesis geophysical documents in the schemes geological mapping and mineral survey at 1:50,000 in the country and study the application of new and modem geophysical methods. This article introduces selection results the combinatorial of reasonable geophysical methods to determine the ore body of some metallic minerals originated from sediments and weathered, non-metallic minerals, radioactive and rare earth in mineral surveys at 1:50.000, appropriate conditions of geological production currently in our country
